a.Alteryx Designer as the main Export-Transform-Load (ETL) tool
b.Tableau as the main visualization for all standard reports
c.Power Bi as the go-to visualization tool for all adhoc / local reports
Post deployment of the Analytics, the phenomenal transformation helped in providing much required clarity into the sales numbers.
On a Business-as-Usual mode (monthly refresh of analytics), the dashboards are updated within the first couple of working days of the month. The team reconciles the management reports with the financial books and ensures accuracy of the reports is maintained at over 99.99%.
