TRANSFORMATION PROCESS
Process-Driven Transformation Approach
Our approach to the transformation was to understand the functional process and avenues which could be automated during the development of analytics.
Real-Time Analytics Dashboard with Scheduled ETL
In order to achieve real-time analytics dashboard was connected to the source applications with scheduled ETL and scheduled refresh periodicity.
Leveraging Application Business Logics for Smooth Data Integration
We leveraged the application business logics in the development of analytics to avoid duplication of processes and have smooth data integration.
Aligning Technology with Automation and Functional Expertise
The teams were aware of the technology capabilities. However, we were able to align the technology with automation and functional expertise which helped in achieving the management objectives smoothly.
Agile Implementation with User Feedback
We followed an Agile method of implementation which enabled users to provide feedback on a periodic basis.
Technology Architecture: SQL Management Studio & Power BI
We used the below Technology architecture:
a. SQL Management Studio as the main Export-Transform- Load (ETL) tool
b. Power Bi as the main visualization for all standard reports
Boost in Productivity and MIS Reporting
Post deployment of the Analytics, there was tremendous boost to productivity and Workforce MIS reporting.
